Welcome to our beautiful villa, near Disney, on the prestigious community of Hampton Lakes, near Kissimmee, Florida

The community is located on US27, midway between the junction with Interstate 4 and the SR192, just 12 minutes from the gates of Disney, and within easy reach of of the International Airport and numerous superb golf courses, superstores and restaurants. The Atlantic and Gulf coasts can be reached in an hour or so.


The villa is fully air-conditioned and comprises two master suites - one with a King size bed, and the other a Queen bed - with two further twin bedded rooms sharing the third bathroom. All bedrooms have cable TV's, closets and drawer space. We even provide hair dryers in each bathroom.


The accommodation consists of a formal lounge/ dining room with TV and VCR, a large comfortable family room, fully equipped kitchen and utility room. In the Family room there is a digital TV providing over 300 channels, a DVD player and CD player. There is a FREE high speed internet access and FREE local telephone calls.


Outside there is a caged 28ft x 14ft swimming pool, and gardens enclosed by a wooden fence, thus providing complete privacy.

The South West aspect means the pool and deck will be in the sun most of the day!

There is a no smoking policy within the villa. Pets are considered.

The villa is available normally from 4 p.m. on the day of arrival, and ends at 10 a.m. on the day of departure.
